MY ALL AROUND SEASONING

Today I’m sitting down because I’m sharing one of the most-used recipes in my kitchen: my homemade taco seasoning. This is a seasoning I’ve perfected over many years by adding, subtracting, doubling, and adjusting until it became just right.
Even though I call it “taco seasoning,” I use it for so much more. It’s perfect for tacos, enchiladas, crispy tacos, chicken, beef, pork, and even fish. Once you make this, you’ll never need to buy store-bought seasoning again.
I always keep it on hand in mason jars, labeled and ready to go. You can store it in any container you like—just make sure it’s airtight.
