Ingredients
Land & Sea Seasoning

3 tbsp paprika

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tbsp thyme

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1½ tsp brown sugar

2½ tbsp garlic powder

1½ tbsp onion powder

1 tsp ground cumin
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp black pepper
For the Baked Red Snapper

3 red snapper fillets (or any fish)

Light cooking spray
-
1 tbsp melted butter
-
Land & Sea seasoning (heavy coating recommended)

Zesty Italian dressing
-
Lemon slices
Instructions
Make the Seasoning

Add all spices to a bowl or small jar.

Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Prepare the Baked Fish

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

Lightly spray the fish fillets with cooking spray.

Brush or drizzle the melted butter over the fillets.

Coat the fish generously with the Land & Sea seasoning.

Place the fillets into a baking dish.

Pour zesty Italian dressing over the top, ensuring the fish is well-covered.

Add lemon slices on top.

Bake for 13–18 minutes, depending on your oven and the thickness of the fillets.

Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Cayenne pepper can be omitted if you prefer mild seasoning.

Brown sugar helps balance strong spices without making the blend sweet.

This seasoning works for pork, chicken, shrimp, roasted vegetables, and fish.
